This woman purchased a house at 25 years old! (And why that matters to you!)

Have you ever been told you wouldn’t be good at a job? I bet you have and I bet you wanted to prove that person wrong no matter what.
I know one girl who was once told she couldn’t be a good recruiter. This girl,
who was born and raised in New Jersey, was in an interview at a Staffing Firm, and was being told that she didn’t have “it.” The girl, who was born
with true matching instincts, had to pound on his desk commanding the interviewer that she wouldn’t be good—she would be great. That one
Owner took a chance on her in spite of what everyone else thought.
The end result—by the time she was 25 she had not only mitigated the Owner's decision but also had broken every company record, become a manager
through his mentorship, and started to build one of Orange County’s best recruiting teams. And most of all, by that same age she had purchased
a Mercedes AND a house!
Oh, by the way that girl who was told she couldn’t be good--that girl is our President, Linda Spencer.
How does that affect you? Well, one of the reasons why we’re so good at recruiting is because we still follow those same values and exemplifying that same drive to be the best no matter what. Our president has always instilled a bring-your-best, never-say-die, we-are-family attitude from the top of the organization to the bottom. If you’ve ever needed our help then you have seen that we try very hard, that we try to be something special—that we try to make a great fit for everyone involved.
We’re a company of 25 recruiters, but some of us say, “We are a family of 25 recruiters.”
